Directions to Lutheran Ranches of the Rockies Ft. Collins Office

Lutheran Ranches of the Rockies, the organization that owns Sky Ranch and Sleepy Owl Ranch, is located at 805 South Shields St, Ft. Collins, CO, 80521. The "L Double R" shares facilities with Lutheran Campus Ministries of Colorado State University. We are located directly west of Moby Arena, on the edge of the campus of CSU.

If visiting our Ft. Collins office, please note that because of a median on Shields, you can only access our parking lot when driving south on Shields Street. We are located just north of Elizabeth and south of Plum. If you are driving north on Shields, you will need to turn left at Plum and either make a U turn on Shields or drive into Plum and turn around.

Please note:

a. The Conoco Station is the last gas stop. Make sure you have enough gas for another 100 miles.

b. The turn-off for Pingree Park Road is at mile marker 96.

c. Pingree Park Rd is gravel and has some narrow and sharp curves. It is strongly recommended that you plan your arrival before dark. Drive carefully.

e. If you are not used to mountain driving, learn to use your gears when going downhill - save your brakes!

The Sleepy Owl Ranch is located 19 miles west of Livermore on the Red Feather Lakes Road, otherwise known as 74E. It is on the north side of the road at mile marker 19. The ranch is located 38 miles northwest of downtown Ft Collins, CO.
