Who's invited?

Youth groups, families and organizations...groups can organize their own get-away by using our facilities and experiencing our hospitality.

What facilities can we use?

Sleepy Owl Ranch is a great place to hold your Rocky Mountain Get-Away! Located 40 minutes from Fort Collins, near Red Feather Lakes on an excellent road, the ranch is easy to find but still offers acres of solitude, whispering pines, running streams and a fish pond. The house can accomodate up to 20 youth for overnights. The large meeting room provides space for around 30 people for day activities. The Sleepy Owl Ranch has already become a favorite for many people, so call soon!

Sky Ranch, 55 miles west of Fort Collins, is equally inviting. Our facilities include a mountain lodge with seven bedrooms, meeting and dining areas. We also have eight bunkhouses and a campground. This allows us to serve groups of up to 75-100 in a gorgeous mountain setting.

Both centers come with food service, program assistance and our famous L Double R hospitality. Ask about a Peak High Ropes Experience for your group while on Get-Away!

How much does a Rocky Mountain Get-Away cost?

Fees are based on the number of nights you are staying and the cost of your meal and facility rental. Please call for a quote at 970-493-5258. Our fees are reasonable and based upon the number of nights you stay and the number of meals you wish to purchase.

Sample fees:

A family of 4 would pay $200 for 2 nights lodging and 5 meals staying in a bunkhouse during one of our summer weekends at Sky Ranch.

A youth group could reserve a Fall Weekend in the Lodge at Sky Ranch for a cost of $64 per person which would include two nights lodging and four meals.

A group of 12 youth and 3 adults could bring their own food to Sleepy Owl Ranch and pay only $300 per night.

Children 4 and under at the time of the event do not need to pay a fee.
