What is the Foundation on Aging? The Foundation on Aging of Larimer County was founded as a private non-profit corporation in 1986 and was supported by the Larimer County Commissioners and the Larimer County Office on Aging. A major portion

community who wanted to help older adults who
have needs which might otherwise not be met. Board members: The Foundation's board also collaborates with the Larimer County Area Agency on Aging to explore and develop new sources of funding for the Foundation's grants programs. Office on Aging representatives: |
